A special mix of spices makes this dry rub "awsome" for your pork ribs or shoulders, chicken breasts or turkeys. Sprinkle on while you are grilling the meat or rub it on the night before, store in a ziplock bag and marinate. It's great on fish and beef as well. It was tested by several of Charlie's buddies that he hunted and fished with and they all gave it a big thumbs up !!!
